Listen Live

Rim FM 100.1 broadcasts throughout the Scenic Rim and surrounding areas. However, if you’re on the go, currently taking a trip overseas or outside our broadcasting area, then we also have a live stream facility that allows you to listen to the stations content anywhere as long as your device has an internet connection.

UPDATE: If you have any issues listening to the stream using a Android device, try changing your browser from Google Chrome to Firefox or similar browser.

Please note that due to how the streaming facility works, some delay is to be expected depending on your location. It is not uncommon to be a few seconds – or in some extreme cases, minutes – behind the actual station broadcasting output.

Quick Troubleshooting

If the player above did not appear, please ensure you are using a modern and up-to-date web browser on a recent version of your operating system. Any recent version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera or Firefox should work fine.

If the stream player randomly stops or stutters, then this can be a sign that our streaming facility is under heavy load, is experiencing issues, or your device’s Internet connection is unable to maintain a reliable connection. You are encouraged to try again in a few minutes after the issue occurs since most issues are temporary.

Prefer to listen using your own player software?

You can download a play list file that you can load into any quality media player software such as Windows Media Player, VLC or XMPlay just to name a few. Usually double clicking on the play list file after downloading will do the trick, but please consult your software’s manual for instructions on loading play list files if you are unsure.
